The knee

It still ain't fixed.
I have physio tomorrow so I'm going to attempt a couple of kms tonight. It's been a week and a half since my last run. The half marathon is only 9 weeks away. I don't really fancy my chances of running it now. Isn't old age cruel??? :-(
